“Delicious breakfasts and delightful innkeepers”
5 of 5 stars
“My honey and I recently spent a long weekend in Vermont, staying at the Readmore for the first time. It’s one of those big, stately Victorian houses, lovingly restored by the owners. Breakfasts were as opulent as the surroundings — Dorothy and Stewart serve up a 2-course extravaganza of amazingly good food, along with tales of the inn and its history. The place was spotless, and books were everywhere. In the afternoon, should you wander back in time (and have any room left over from that breakfast), there is afternoon tea and some kind of yummy dessert to accompany it. Would we go back? You bet!.” Elizabeth D.
